Over the years, Grover has been buying up parts inventories and stocks of discontinued lines and inventories of retiring master watchmakers so as to be able to offer a quick turn around on almost all watches. He also maintains a large library of technical manuals and other data important in the repair of watches.

When watches arrive, they are logged in and assigned a repair number. Watches are carefully disassembled, "the old-fashion way."

Parts are cleaned by L & R Ultra Sonics and are carefully inspected for wear and damage. All worn parts are replaced and then the watch is reassembled and oiled. No plastic lub is used.

Watches are then tested on Vibrograf Renotest and timed by Vibrograf B200 & M90 timers. Inspections are made at every stage of the work and watches are brought to factory standards as part of the services. The newly serviced movements are placed back into cases that have been washed, cleaned and polished, including bands.

Finally a 24 hour static running test is given every timepiece. An itemized list of all repairs, parts replacements and work done on each watch is included when the watch is shipped back to you, along with an itemized invoice for services performed.
